Join SNE Cares, CJ Spears, 3LISE, and Eli Cruz-Rodriguez for Rooted in Care, a 3-hour community healing workshop designed to help participants slow down, reconnect, and restore through culturally rooted wellness practices.
This experience centers nervous system regulation, collective healing, creativity, and self-care through a series of hands-on wellness stations and guided activities. Participants will explore herbal wellness, plant connection, mindfulness, restorative movement, reflective journaling, sound healing, and shared nourishment while learning practical tools that can support emotional well-being long after the workshop ends.
